Pricing Information

Minimal Package – $110

Additional person is $20 a day. Additional hour is $30 an hour. See here for more details.

Deluxe Package – $150

Travel Fee

Any travel time outside of a ten-mile radius of downtown Duluth is subject to a travel fee of $35 per hour (which can be prorated).

Park Point Surcharge

Because of the added travel time due to high traffic in the area, and the additional clean-up effort there is a $50 park point surcharge.

Cancelation Policy

If the weather is the cause, guests will be allowed one re-book within the following two months. We encourage guests to have a weather-related backup plan either indoors or in a covered location. Any other cancellation made less than 48 hours before the scheduled start time will be subject to loss of the 50% booking fee.

Rescheduling

We know life happens and things don’t always go as planned. If you need to reschedule for any reason, you must provide a 48 -hour notice, and you can be rescheduled -one time- at no extra charge.

Damages

All materials and décor belong to Events by Jam LLC, they must be returned in the same condition as when you arrived at the picnic location. Loss, damage, or stains will be subject to a fee, and guests will be charged accordingly
