What is a pop-up picnic?

A pop-up picnic takes all the hassle out of your picnic experience. You choose the date, time, and location. We bring the supplies, do the setup, and clean up. All you have to do is show up and enjoy your picnic!

Who brings the food?

You can either pack your own food or inquire about our catering menu here. Also, check out our add-ons list for the charcuterie basket options!

Is alcohol allowed?

Because of our current licensing, we cannot provide alcohol for your picnic. If your picnic is at your own private residence then absolutely you may bring your own! However, please be aware that the city of Duluth does not allow alcohol in public places. Events by Jam is not responsible for guests’ actions during their picnic.

Can I bring my dog?

Absolutely! We love dogs and think you should be able to have them with us, we just require the purchase of our Puppy Package add-on so they can enjoy their own bed and blanket. Please be aware that any damage to Events by Jam property may be subject to a replacement or cleaning fee.

What is the cancelation policy?

If the weather is the cause, guests will be allowed one re-book within the following two months. We encourage guests to have a weather-related backup plan either indoors or in a covered location. Any other cancellation made less than 48 hours before the scheduled start time will be subject to loss of the 50% booking fee.

Can I reschedule?

We know life happens and things don’t always go as planned. If you need to reschedule for any reason, you must provide a 48-hour notice, and you can be rescheduled -one time- at no extra charge.

What if there are damages?

All materials and décor belong to Events by Jam LLC, they must be returned in the same condition as when you arrived at the picnic location. Loss, damage, or stains will be subject to a fee, and guests will be charged accordingly.
